The Fine Print

All prices include GST. Payment is required at the time of consultation. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, and EFTPOS are available. Use of Paywave incurs an additional 1.5% fee.

Additional charges may apply for materials including tape, splinting, equipment etc. 

At Pukekohe Physiotherapy we treat both ACC and non-ACC (private) patients.  No doctors referral is needed which means you can come directly to us with your injury/condition. We can lodge ACC claims and refer for investigations as needed.

Cancellations and No Shows

Cancellation fees of $30.00 may be charged for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will also result in an automatic no show fee of $30.00.
